Unbelievably fast service: 20 mins to arrive on Sunday … No Call out fee, no installation fee. $260 total to fit and take my old battery. Some places I searched were wanting to charge $299 for the battery alone off the shelf. I can thoroughly recommend.

Service was fast, friendly, and reliable. The technician was happy and very helpful. Even to my old battery so I did not have to worry about disposing it. They were to me within 40min of my call. I googled other prices on the web first and they came in a lot cheaper than all the rest. Will definitely recommend to anyone needing battery assistance in the future.

The most pleasant experience I have had in dealing with a business I have had in quite a long time. I told them about my troubles with my car battery, it was after hours, I was completely stranded and yet was given a time of 30 minutes and the technician was there on time. Very rare these days. The technician himself (Wasse) was one of the most professional and knowledgeable person dealing with the electrics on vehicles that I have met. The job was done, and he checked a couple of other things, and the job was done. I must also say how friendly he was (which, in the car repair industry, is hard to find). Well done, The Battery Guys, 10 out of 10 and a special 10 out of 10 to Wasse. Highly recommend.
